Specialist Financial Services group has an urgent contract requirement for a ITIL Documentation Analyst to work on coordinating and documenting of processes and policies. Subject matter is Infrastructure, and someone with ITIL experience is a must.
Candidates applying MUST have the following experience:
Previous experience of coordinating and documenting processes and policies.
ITIL experience is a MUST for this role.
Disaster Recovery technical recovery plans and procedures experience.
Operational handbooks and procedures.
Capacity Management policies and procedures.
Change policies and procedures.
Financial Services experience.
