HR Systems Project Manager is sought by our client who is embarking on a major business transformation initiative. This will incorporate a global full life cycle implementation of their recently selected HRMS technology (Workday HR). The remit will involve the "hands on" project delivery management of the Workday HR solution including assembly of the project and resource plans. It will also entail identifying, mapping and documentation of current HR systems and processes to define best practice global processes and will be deployed into the organisation's new centralised global systems platform. The successful candidate will be used to working in a high pressured and dynamic project team, and will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will have a proven background in Project Delivery Manager remits overseeing end to end life cycle HRMS/HR and Payroll/Training/Talent Management technology implementations. Project experience of Workday will be a distinct advantage. However, if you have project managed other leading Tier 1 technologies such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle etc this will be considered.
