We are looking for a process manager, to work within the ITIL Service Management team, mainly on Change Management & Service Level Management.

Change Management:
as change coordinator, you follow up every change, from creation in the tool till deployment in production, you ensure that the change is deployed according to the process in place (acceptance criterias) and you are the SPOC between the project leader and the deployement teams.

Service Level Management: you follow up the existing SLA's, you are responsible to produce al SLA's reports on a regular basis, you drive the discussions with the business partners or the providers around these SLA's and you are involved in the creation of new SLA's.
