Description
Chase Resourcing have been contacted by its client, a large multinational technology company to source them an experienced Oracle Financials professional to work on site for their client within their application maintenance and develop support team.
Requirements for this role:
- 5 Years + Experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials systems (11i / 12)
- An specialist knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, with an ability to quickly understand support issues which are likely to arise
You will need a high competence level with:
- Creating/Modifying Oracle forms using Forms 6i
- Creating/Modifying Oracle reports using Reports 6i
- Creating/Modifying Oracle workflows using Workflow Builder
- Creating reports using Oracle Discoverer
- Creating/Modifying PL/SQL procedures within an 11g Oracle database
- Re-applying customisations to Oracle standard forms/workflows/PL/SQL procedures following the application of patches
- Migrating developments between environments
- SQL Plus.
Other important characteristics required to success in this role include:
- Excellent documentation skills
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent written and verbal English.
- Excellent problem analysis/determination and solving skills.
- Experience of working in the Public Sector
Salary:
DOE - Negotiable Daily Rate
