Microsoft ETL Consultant required - 2 month contract- based in Wincanton, Somerset.My client, a successful management consultancy are looking for an experienced ETL Consultant with a Microsoft skills base.They have a pipeline of projects requiring skilled candidates with experience of ETL process definition, design and development.
As an ETL Consultant, you would work with my client's customer throughout the entire project life cycle.You will work with clients to offer advisory services in the definition, design and development of a successful ETL process.
As a Microsoft ETL Consultant it is essential that you have:
-A strong consultancy background;
-Strong SQL coding skills such as stored procedures, partitions and functions;
-A successful track record of working on multiple large scale projects;
-In depth ETL process definition, design and development experience (pref using Kimball Dimensional modelling techniques);
-Significant experience (3-4yrs) of either Business Objects XI 3.X and 4.X (Data Integrator / Data Services) or Microsoft SQL Server 2005/8/8R2/2012 (Integration Services / Analysis Services).
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders
