Quantity Surveyors needed to work based in London and Slough for a large construction company.
Duties & Responsibilities
To ensure financial & contractual control and co-ordination of the efforts of all parties involved in the execution of a specified project or projects.Includes Quantity Surveying, Procurement and monitoring of project progress. Controls cost and expenditure in order to maximise income and cash flow.
Candidate Skills & Requirements
The role requires education to degree/HNC level, or individual qualified by experience, and a relevant professional qualification (eg RICS/MCIOB) is desirable. Individuals require previous experience in quantity surveying, some of which should have been obtained in a large, complex, construction environment.
