Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Senior Technical Support Analyst will support packages deployed via SCCM, identify and resolve SCCM issues and provide general troubleshooting skills in a large-scale environment.The Senior Technical Support Analyst will have:
5+ Years Technical Support experience
Good SCCM , Windows Server 2008, Active Directory and / or Win 7 experience
Good Networking and Hardware Support experience
Excellent documentation, communication and Interpersonal skills
