Ihre Aufgaben:
- Provide user support for clinical systems supported by Global Clinical Monitoring
- Helpdesk support, provision of data, data accuracy checking and training
- Support system documentation and validation activities
- Support user acceptance testing for clinical systems
Ihre Qualifikation
- CTMS (Clinical Trials Management Systems) or similar clinical trials systems experience
- Clinical trial process and terminology know-how
- GxP knowledge
- English fluent, any additional language is a plus
