SAP HR MANAGER - NEWBURY - UPTO £80,000 PLUS BENEFITS

Our global end user client is currently seeking a SAP HR manager to run a number of projects improving functionality and enhancements to the current SAP landscape.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

[max 5]:

Globally

*Define strategic long term developments to core SAP HR and non core systemsincluding cloud, device independent delivery and simplified user experience

*Continue embedding of global systems by refining implementation of global systems to deliver fit for purpose processes

*Global rationalisation of HR systems interfaces (SAP, BI/BO, Best of breed, Payroll)

*Represent HR requirements onglobal IT and SAP governance bodies

*HR Systems lead on global HR projects such as implementation of CEPA, integration of new organisations into system landscape

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

In the field of HR Systems

*Thought leadership and innovation in SAP HR

*Global HR systems architecture re design including simplification of HR systems landscape

*Strategic delivery through systems integrators and shared services

*Leading company wide HR systems change to reflect global policy and strategy

*Systems Architecture in particular with focus on end-user impact and user experience

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

*SAP HR Expert

Optional technical / professional qualifications:

*Six Sigma/Lean

*ITIL

*PMP

*CIPD
