Description
For this role you shall provide technical input to hedge accounting policy and identfy IAS 39 compliant strategy through close liason with GCT and treasury.You must identify and develop appropriate models for strategey implementation and keep strategy under review in light of changes to accounting rules and business models.
Accountabilities:
*Maintain and update models
*Source model inputs and run models
*Prepare and post monthly hedge accounting entries
*Manage pnl volatility
My client is looking for someone who is a post qualified accountant 7-10 years who has extensive hedge accounting experience and good knowledge of treasury products gained in a banking enviornment.
