My client has a great presence in Australia& Americaand is looking to grow within the UKmarket. They are looking for a hungry & driven sales professional who has a fantastic proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet & exceed quotas. The ideal candidate must have experience selling ERP software solutions for SAP or Oracle, and have a good understanding of HCM & HR & Payroll.

Head office is inLondonwhere you will have to get to a couple times a month. You given support from the marketing and pre-sales team. Clients they currently sell into are BMW and Royal Mail.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining & understanding of the company's strategic direction.

  • You will be responsible for building consistent sales pipelines in a defined territory and meeting / exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets.

  • Ability to build financial-based business cases and build relationships up with CIO'S & CFO'S to help drive your deals.

  • Manage the sales cycles from identifying prospects to leading the sales cycle and closing deals

  • Update and track all activities on Salesforce.com

  • Qualifying Clients and prioritising opportunities as time management is key.


Experience needed
  • 10 + years selling enterprise software with SAP/HCM experience
  • Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry
  • Contacts with HR/HRIS decision takers in the respective territories
  • Record of quota over-achievement.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Consistently a top achiever and preferably with some of this experience selling for major software vendors. (e.g. SAP or Oracle)
  • A strong hunter approach, focused on large Target Accounts, while managing a wide range of deal sizes.
