One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Maintenance Consultant with experience in Clean Utilities
Start: ASAP
Length: 6 months with a possible extension
Location: South of Brussels
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Consultant with clean utilities orientation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensures preventive, curative and modificative maintenance of a family of equipments or activity scope in order to make sure of their maximum availability
* Ensures the responsibility of a team (15 people).
* Ensures the calibration and requalification of a family of equipment and ensures the management of utilities equipment by C&M teams andaiming at the requalification
of process equipment and ensures the management of trainings and certifications for technicians, of technical investigations, of the encoding of the requalification files.
* Respects current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) as well as GMP procedures.
* Provides technical support to the deviation handling process
* Documents deviations by integrating changes to maintenance or calibration operations.
* Resolves audit actions in relation with his knowledge scope.
* Respects EHS standards and policies.
* Maintains good maintenance and Calibration practices by updating our procedures and the check-list
* Participates to transversal improvement projects (mainly cleanprocess projects) for the MPU.
PREREQUISITES:
Education:
* Industrial engineer or equivalent through relevant experience
Specific skills:
* Project Management in clean process is a plus (management of smallproject)
Knowledge:
* Knowledge in people management
* English is an asset
* French is a must
Experience:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar function
* People management experience
