1. Must have 9+ years total work experience (this is strict), Chinese is advantage but not needed.
2. Study, summary industry best practice in multi-vendor NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT delivery (NSN 3G);
3. Identify gaps of existing NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT capability; (NSN 3G);
4. Develop related document and guide for multi-vendor NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT project delivery; (NSN 3G);
5. Knowledge sharing with engineers for multi-vendor project delivery;
6. Audit and practice all the multi-vendor related document and guide in pilot project;
