Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Decisioning Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in London.
This is a niche requirement and the successful applicant will have the following;
- Track record in 'Customer Decisioning' capabilities/positions.
- Knowledge of Customer Experience, Customer Insight, Customer Interaction, Customer Targeting and CMS (Customer/Contact Management Systems).
- Strong Strategic ability of a Customer focused nature.
- Business and Technical understanding.
- Ability to work with a variety of teams in a strategic, consultative, business and technical approach.
- Understanding of Customer Marketing and Communications including on and offline.
- Focused on Continual Improvement.
- Strong Project Management skills and 3rd party management.
- Strong MS Office, ideally with Advanced Excel knowledge.
Note - We are initially looking for candidates that are immediately available.
£400 - £500 per day Dependent on experience.
