eCRM Euro is currently looking for a Senior radio system specialist for radio base stations. Your main responsibility will be radio architecture research and specification for future radio base stations. The position also involves RFIC specification, RF systemization work and communication/collaboration with researchers at Universities and other industrial partners.

Qualifications and experience
You have a general broad technical knowledge and good understanding of UMTS and LTE products/systems. To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years experience from radio systemization and RFIC design in radio base stations or handsets. You have a deep experience from high integrated radio solutions for small base stations or handset. Experience from low power PA (5 W average) is also desired.

A Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background is required.

Skills requirements
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work and have an interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team as well as have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
