Description

  • Directs and coordinates activities of the clinical project management department to consistently deliver projects within agreed timelines, within the quoted budget and with the highest levels of customer service.
  • Maintain constant focus on customer satisfaction and direct all activities to deliver a high quality product on time, to specification, and at the lowest reasonable cost to meet requirements.
  • Plan, develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve strategic project management goals and objectives.
  • Develop, maintain and control budgets for Project Management department.
  • Assure that all projects are managed with timelines and that project meeting minutes are published. Regularly review all project plans and highlight those that are not on track for successful completion.
  • Maintain the Monthly Sales Forecast with the project management team to reflect the planned project completions/invoicing per month.
  • Work closely with the project administrator to assure that all quotes have been prepared accurately, on time and will produce the targeted gross profit for the individual project.
  • Conduct monthly project reviews to identify those that did not meet the targeted gross profit and take corrective action to ensure that similar projects will achieve the targeted gross profit.
  • Ensure compliance of project management with company policy, federal, state and local regulations, including OSHA, FDA, DEA, foreign Health Authorities and employment law.
  • Manage project management team and carry our supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's polices and applicable laws. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Project Management department.


Desired experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years of applicable experience demonstrating progressive responsibility; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of project management principles.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and competencies with the Ability to lead dynamically and energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
  • Must have strong presentation skills
    Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook
