Description
Glocomms URGENTLY requires a Cisco Voice IPT Level 3 Support Engineer for a project in Singapore. This is a 1 year renewable contract position.The ideal candidate will have experience working on-site providing Real Time L3 support for Cisco IPT.
Daily Tasks include:
- On-site support for all Cisco IPTel related voice softmac and fault
- End to end follow through of issues and fault reported --> liaising with third party vendor such as recording apps, smart apps or Cisco(principal)
- Raising of change requests
- Attend Change control board meeting for approval of CR
- Involve in design workshop for deployment
- Involve of implementation of remote sites
