Salary: £36.57 per hour LTD

The Job:
Seeking to recruit a Systems Engineer to work as part of a dynamic application team that supplies, installs, tunes and tests hybrid-electric drive systems for public transport busses. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of:
Applying mechanical and/or electrical skills within the automotive industry
Performing Engineering Tests in support of system development, system integration and vehicle certification activities, including type approval for compliance with European Union regulations and directives
Performing tuning of vehicles to provide an optimal solution for fuel economy, emissions and driving performance
Performing investigations into in-service equipment failures to determine root cause
