Site Acquisition Coordinator
For our client we are looking for a Site Acquisition Coordinator for a long term contract based in Oslo, Norway.
Main Responsibilities
SA & Permitting Management
- Support management in induction of subcontractors and in-house team to Site Acquisition and Lease and Permitting processes, tools and work guidelines.
- Ensure that SA subcontractors and in-house team follow the Site Acquisition and Permitting rollout management processes.
- Coordinate activities in the Site Acquisition and Permitting rollout on Zone level.
- Manage and follow-up Site Acquisition, Site Lease and Permitting Rollout Schedule.
- Overall supervision of site hunting and lease contract closure, by external SA subcontractors, in coordination with customer
- Manage (Track), compile and check the site SA and Permitting documentation package
- Verify the SA and Permitting documentation content and accuracy with random inspections.
- Day to day coordination of site specific SA issues between RF network planning, Transmission planning and CW/TI on phase level.
- Managing of changes between MSI and SA sub, update of documentation package.
- Identify site progress bottlenecks and propose actions to remove them together with management. Identification of risk sites.
- Manage and follow-up the SA progress with Co-location team;
- Coordinate Technical Site Surveys and documentation with Colo team
- Update database and reporting tool
- Organize and participate in County Meetings (Fylker) together with SA Sub and Customer, when required.
- Quality insurance before and after site build (Checking Detailed Design and As built documentation)
- Controlling the Purchase Order flow between MSI and SA sub, through MSi tools
Reporting
- Responsible for correctness & integrity of data in Project Database in the Site Acquisition and permitting roll out, including forecasting
- Update of site archive (Storage of documentation package)
- Ensure proper handover of documentation to Operations.
Cost Management
- Verify Additional Works Requests coming from the Subcontractors as required by the management.
- Create Purchase Requests using MSI tools and methodology
- Control of "Goods Received" when service has been delivered.
- Propose and develop cost reduction opportunities.
Meetings
- Weekly site review meetings with SA sub. (If more Subs in a zone, multiple meetings are required).
- Weekly SA status meeting with management
- Organize and lead internal team meetings with Radio and TrM to ensure progress on site evaluation.
- Site review meetings with main infrastructure supplier
- Ad hoc Site review meetings with Customer
Core competencies
- SA experience (Good understanding of lease and permit processes from other projects)
- Subcontractor management experience from other telecom projects
- Project coordination and administration
- Good communication skills
- Must be Scandinavian speaking (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish)
- Outgoing personality
IT
- Experience with MS Office, (MS Excel and PDF in particular), Good flair for IT systems in general.
