Global Citrix Support Engineer
Citrix Xenapps/Citrix XenDesktop/Support/Engineer/Active Directory/AD
You will be responsible for the support of a global Citrix XenApps infrastructure for a major player.
Responsibilities:
-Solving 3rd line support issues and answering problem calls
-Troubleshooting Citrix server issues
-Engineering of fixes to Citrix environments
-Administering Citrix farms globally
-Documenting changes
Experience required:
-Previous experience of working in a Citrix support function in a large environment (100 server +)
-Good overall Windows OS knowledge (Windows 2008) and understanding the Citrix components
-Hands-on Xenapps 5/6 support experience is a must
-Knowledge of Active Directory policies
-Knowledge of application delivery and virtualization and concepts of application management
-XenDesktop exposure is a big pre
