ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a Senior SQL BI Developer/Data Architect for a 12M+/Long-Term Contracting opportunity in Denton, TX. Senior SQL BI Developer/Data Architect will lead a data management team through full cycle BI solution development leveraging Microsoft technologies. Senior SQL BI Developer/Data Architect will work directly with business units to develop reporting requirements as well as liaise between technical and project management units. This is a great opportunity to join a Microsoft partner and will give you the chance to work with the latest MS technologies.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in the following skill sets:
- SQL Server /R2 - Installation/Configuration/Design/Architecture
- Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing - Design/Architecture/Development/Administration/Integration
- SSAS /R2 - Analysis Services
- MDX Querying/Coding
- OLAP Cube Design/Development
- T-SQL/Stored Procedures/Joins/Functions/Views/Tables/Indexes, etc.
- SQL Query Optimization/Performance Tuning
- Data Architecture - Data Warehousing/ODS/Data Marts/Staging/Integration
- Report Design/Development - Excel Services/Performance Point, etc.
1+ year of experience in the following skill sets:
- SQL Server 2012 - Installation/Configuration/T-SQL Development/Query Optimization/Performance Tuning
