Description
The ideal Flash Developer candidate will have an established experience with all aspects of software development including technical requirements analysis, software design, implementation, test, and documentation. Recent work history must include substantial time as a senior/lead software developer within a software company or an equivalent development organization. Candidates must have a proven record of success working within a team through the entire product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
3 + years developing complex projects with Flash/ActionScript3
Experience creating and using external Actionscript/AS3 libraries
Experience using team-oriented coding tools such as eclipse, Flash Builder
Experience in developing complex projects with AS3
Preference for the candidates who have an experience developing Flash
Components
Experience designing and implementing robust and reusable components
Experience developing component and implementation documentation
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
A desire to learn new skills and technologies
Desired Experience:
An understanding of Agile software development principals such as Scrum, Continuous Integration, and test-driven development
Familiarity with content digital asset management systems
A background in the media or entertainment industry
6 Week Contract. Must be located in Los Angeles and available for any onsite meetings and immediate feedback (remote work possibility upon review of work performance in the first few weeks); No recruiters or agencies
