Our client provides software development and datacenter operation for the BNP Paribas Fortis business lines (retail, Private, Commercial, Corporate and Public banking activities). Within IT, 2nd line dedicated teams (Application Services teams) support the IT infrastructure of the related Business line. The team 'IT Application Services is responsible for the IT support of the QA and Production environments and operates from Brussels.We are actively searching for a Support Officer for the Web & Mobile Banking Channel. This refers to the support of Mobile Application (Web, and Next Generations : Easy Banking, Hello Bank). The Support officer is responsible for daily incident solving and will have the Role of Deployment Specialist. He will also integrate the team of Web and will be involved on the on-call support.

Technical Experience / skills: · Knowledge of retail (Web and IPad/Android applications.). · 5 years of relevant experience. · Unix and Linux environment. · Websphere WAS experience. · Operating systems: Solaris, Aix,.Unix, Windows Server. · Database Oracle. · Administration of Web Server. · Experience in Mobile application for IPAd, Android. · Experience in Second Line support can be useful.
Mandatory Skills: · WAS good knowledge. · Unix and Linux experience.
Desirable skills: · As support officer you are able to solve & document the different incident assigned to your domain. · Deployment (knowledge of Harvest) · You're also able to write, apply & update Operational Guidelines. · Coordination skills are also important to participate actively in Incident solving with different internal or external parties.
