My clients a leading Global Bank currently seek a Reward Manager, 50-60k,LondonCanaryWharf.

This is a great opportunity to join this organisation at an exciting time of change. Reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation and working as an integral part of a small team and wider reward function key deliverables will fall across:
  • Group-wide reward governance processes
  • Management of regulatory and annual account disclosures on remuneration
  • Remuneration Committee submissions
  • Key involvement in Performance and Reward Initiatives
  • Leading process enhancements and system implementations around risk monitoring
  • Key contributor to best practice in compliance with internal and external controls


My client are seeking an accomplished Reward professional with expert knowledge across the above areas. The ideal candidate is likely to meet the below criteria:
  • Reward experience ideally gained in a Professional Services (Consultancy)/Financial services environment.
  • Tax/Accounting qualification highly desirable
  • Ideally familiar with IFRS2
  • Experience of/ involvement in implementing new systems and reporting processes
