Change Manager
Primary role is to optimise efficiency of Development Process and to manage changes within the BI-X Solution.
Manages CAB activities and plans changes introduced into BI-X
* Includes new projects, maintenance improvements, etc.
Owns Change Management process within BI-X program
* Maintains complete listing of documentation artefacts required to complete a development process
* Control Changes on Production Environment (Source Code as well Documents that have been released)
* Co-Ordinate between Development and Maintenance for releases that has been handed over
* Manage changes on Infrastructure as well.
Identifies improvement opportunities within Dev. Process
* Introduces changes into process including how documentation is maintained and created in all stages of development process
* Ensures that all vendors involved in projects are using harmonized documentation and process
* Work on creating templates for Change Request, Installation manual and others
You will be an experience Change Manager with strong Telecoms experience preferred
