Job Description: The Warehouse associate, under general supervision performs inventory transactions in QAD, MES, of production and consumables materials, cycle counts, maintains inventory segregation and keeps inventory database accurate, and performs general warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities: Follows Safety Regulations, Good Documentation practices, current GMP and ISO requirements Keeps training current on published procedures. Maintains a professional image and attitude toward those inside and outside the company Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Issues goods to original requester. Generates lot number for inventory goods in preparation for inspection and maintain a lot number log.Ensure inventory tracking/traceability for issued items of multiple inventory locations.Follows internal and external procedures of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the shipping/receiving and warehouse fields Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies Organizes and maintains tidying warehouse areas.

Transports materials between company buildings with company van Maintains adequate inventories of shipping and warehouse supplies Creates PO request to obtain shipping and warehouse supplies Fulfills internal requests for inventory components and consumables Stages and maintains a separate area for engineering evaluation components.

Under general supervision ensures accuracy of (QAD & MES) database with respect to inventory (stock) levels.
Under general supervision purges warehouse of obsolete parts.
Prepares components assembly kits for subcontract suppliers Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma
2 - 5 year's related experience or equivalent education, experience, skill set and/or proven performance.
Ability to use personal computer; internet access, MS office Ability to perform quality work and in a timely manner Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented.

**Ability to show/proof of good driving record**l

Physical Demands

Prolonged sitting and repetitive motion
Manual dexterity and hand- eye coordination needed to inspect medical devices.
Ability to perform unaided and microscopic visual inspection Ability to read temperature and Temperature/humidity chart recorders Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Shipping/Receiving and Warehouse/Manufacturing environment Clean room environment Office/Warehouse room environment MSD and ESD Electro Static Discharge controlled areas

Protective Devices Required

ESD Gloves, ESD gown, ESD work station, when handling ESD sensitive items Eye protection as needed

Driving Required: "The position requires driving (usually on a daily basis) the company van from one building to another, seldom is there a need to go outside San Clemente but not further than Orange County.Good Driving Record is required"
