Support Analyst

One of the largest financial service providers in the world is looking to add a member to their Tech Support team. This is an extremely important role to the organization as the internal application you will supporting provides comprehensive resolutions at every stage of the investment process. No relocation assistance is available, salary is approx 70-105k. They are unable to sponsor candidates on an F1 or OPT visa. Your tasks will include:
  • Managing the offshore team's suite of manual test scripts to guarantee completeness and improve with new functionality test cases.
  • Manual implementation of test scripts for regression testing and automation of test scripts.
  • Validating documenting and provide test cases in the Jira system for bug defects.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance and testing the system. Involving close collaboration with the development and marketing teams on testing new functionality.

Our client will be looking for a Bachelors degree and experience with:

o Fixed income, derivative or equity product understanding.

o Technology experience in the financial industry.

o Financial math with a focus on statistics and familiarity with financial risk models .

o Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines under time constraint.
