Senior Programme Manager - Investment Banking - £/dayOur client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, are looking for 2 Senior Programme Managers to work in their London office on a long term contract basis.
Roles available include:
- Managing the EMIR Trade Reporting effort, specifically being 'strong' around governance and process discipline
- Mobilising our investment bank's response to the Volcker rules - thoughtful and pragmatic approach needed
- Reviewing and remediating any gaps in the overall Controls Framework across the investment bank complex and thoughtful thinking needed
The successful Programme Manager candidate will have the following:
- Very experienced and senior programme manager
- Able to take strategic views on approaches and challenges but be pragmatic and hands-on
- Broad experience and knowledge of investment banks
- Clear experience of practical delivery experience on large global programmes
- Experience mobilising projects (not just handle-cranking delivery)
- Experience managing complicated and political global deliveries with multiple competing stakeholders
- Experience managing complicated global matrix teams without direct line accountability
