Finance IT is responsible for the development and maintenance of PeopleSoft ledger and financial data warehouse for End-Client Bank. In addition to PS Financials, starting from the end of 2013, Finance IT will also be responsible for, starting from the end of 2013, Finance IT will also be responsible for PeopleSoft HR. For the ongoing project to implement PeopleSoft HR, we search an PS HR experienced test manager. Currently End-Client Bank doesn't have a person available with the required experience for the role.

The objectives of the oneHR programme incorporate the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model for Global HR RI, and the implementation of a new Global HR system - PeopleSoft HCM v9.1

The Programme impacts all RI offices worldwide and from a systems perspective, will incorporate significant functionality including, but not limited to: Workforce Data Management; Compensation Management, Performance Management, Employee and Manager Self Service; Absence Management; Base Benefits; Talent, Recruiting Solutions, Enterprise Learning Management, reporting tools and interfaces.

This role is to support phase 1 of the programme in leading the test workstream. This workstream will be responsible for coordinating the various test levels and in particular the UAT with approximately 50 testers across 10 countries. Testing will be conducted onsite as well as remotely, while co-ordination of these activities will be centralized in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Some unsocial hours will be required due to the time zones that need to be supported during testing activities. Travel to other locations might occasionally be required.

Team setup:
Person will be part of a test team of 12 test analysts.
Majority of the testers are specialised in PeopleSoft
Financials but for an ongoing PeopleSoft
HR implementation, we need an PeopleSoft
HR specialised test manager.
Within the department we work on based on agile practises.
This means the person will be part the project team and he/she will on daily basis work with other disciplines who are part of the project team

Role Description
The test manager will coordinate all testing activities during every stage of the test process. In particular the focus is on the planning and coordination of System Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Service Rehearsal Testing associated with the roll out of Phase 1 deliverables within the OneHR Program. These deliverables include the roll-out of PeopleSoft Core HR functionalities, Interfaces, eCompensation, HR Analytics and associated support processes.

Responsibilities:
Manage and support test teams during test execution
Act as first point of contact for defects raised during testing (UAT, SRT etc incl. dispatchers role and challenge/assess defects in terms of clarity and validity
Manage proper setup and utilization of test tools such as Quality Center, test scripts, SharePoint
Develop test materials such as test reference guides (how to instructions) and test scripts
Ensure test results are evident in meeting defined Acceptance Criteria
Report on test progress and defect resolution to various groups (leadership team, project team, stakeholders)

Required Experience
This is a hands on test management role. The candidate will have a strong background in preparing and coordinating test activities, in particular for System Performance Testing, User Acceptance Tests and Service Rehearsal Testing, in a global PeopleSoft HR deployment project.
Has held various test management roles focusing on testing software development and associated supporting processes through end to end testing.
The ideal candidate is likely to be a PeopleSoft Test Manager with proven hands-on experience of the development and execution of a Strategic Test Plan in support of the global roll-out of PeopleSoft HCM v9.1.

Required Skills:
Person needs to have proven experience in test management in large multicultural environments (must).
He/She should have 6 years of experience in test coordination/management where 2 years in PeopleSoft HR projects.
Excellent English skills (all documentation and communication required in English).
Proven skills in the development and execution of test strategies and test plans
Proven skills in the coordination of test activities including to non-native English speakers
Skilled in assessing, validating and clearly communicating defects raised within a PeopleSoft 9.1 HR environment
Methodological approach to Scripting and defect resolution
