Customer Service Manager/Client Manager/AV Service Manager/Audio-Visual Service Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager/Client Manager/AV Service Manager/Audio-Visual Service Manager to join our client, an international law firm.

The successful Customer Service Manager/Client Manager/AV Service Manager/Audio-Visual Service Manager will be working closely with the Events team to ensure the delivery of Audio-Visual (AV) systems is meeting the business needs.

You will need a strong understanding of AV systems, streaming of live video and sound systems, managing a technical team of AV Engineers. You will promote the AV service, making recommendations for the enhancement of systems and attending client pitch meetings.

As Customer Service Manager/Client Manager/AVService Manager/Audio-Visual Service Manager, you will have extensive customer service experience, ensuring that the AV delivery is meeting the required standards and SLA's in place.
