Description
Change Management Implementation Consultant required for a 7 month banking sector assignment based in either Stockholm or Copenhagen.
The role if Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for the definition and drive of the change management activities, focusing on the communication and change activities around the implementation of incident, problem and change management processes and supporting organisation.
As the Change Management Implementation Consultant your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and driving of communication and business change management plans of both overall program and project specific deliveries
- Developing sharp and high quality communication material for different audiences (both operational, tactical and strategical messages)
- using the clients business change model to define needed activities to anchor results and ensure effective change of the organisation
- manage stakeholders in a structured way and identifying resistance to change
- create management commitment and prepare well anchored decisions
- prepare end-user and process workers for changes in their way of working
- support training coordinator in his/her communication related to training activities
The ideal candidate for the role of Change Management Implementation Consultant should have:
- Understanding of ITIL framework and especially incident, problem and change processes is required.
- Experience with sourcing setups and service integration roles.
- Proven results with change management in large companies.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
