My consulting client is looking for a Contact Centre SME who has previously worked within retail banking.

Extensive Target Operation Model (TOM) experience within retail banking is essential.

The Candidate must have a wealth of knowledge in organisational design of banking operations.

Deep understanding of retail banking contact centres and wider operations is required.
