An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 service desk analysts to work for our prestigious financial client in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent background in providing help-desk support and have a proven track record for brilliant customer service.
Essential Skills:
-Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP
-Servers: Windows 2003, Windows 2008
-Active Directory
-MS Office Suite
-VPN and remote dial-in users
-PDA and blackberry support
-Internet browsers (eg Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
Desirable:
-Financial background
