Senior HR Adviser/Senior Human Resources Adviser, 12 month Fixed Term, Bracknell, Global company
Our global client is currently seeking a Senior HR Adviser on a 12 Month Fixed term basis, to work in partnership with the HR Business Partner to ensure the development and implementation of an integrated people strategy that supports the achievement of the business strategy.
The focus of the role will be on ER, Performance Management, Incentives and Change Management
You will be solution focused with the ability to manage multiple relationships and used to working with senior management, building trusted relationships. You will have an understanding of business strategy and performance drivers, good financial awareness, project management skills and current knowledge and application of employment law.
Ideally you will be CIPD certified.
