Senior Retail Marketing Manager - London - Market Rate
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Retail Marketing Manager, to join a well established and recognised brand on a 3 - 6 month contract, based in West London.
The purpose of the role is to support the head of retail marketing in developing great customer communications across the retail channel and to ensure a consistent customer journey throughout their retail portfolio, ensuring that all key touch points are addressed and add value to the shopping experience.
To project manage and lead high profile product launches and ensure a successful execution across the retail space.
You will be responsible for all retail communications. Manage the forward planning cycle, ensuring that at any given point in time the business has clear visibility of what is happening at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks.
Budget management across the whole team, ensuring targets are achieved and where possible savings invested to allow more innovative communications methods being trialed.
You will have 7 team members reporting into you, 3 directly and 4 indirectly. A proven ability to manage is a must.
The skills and experiences that are required to be considered for this role are;
1. Prior experience in the retail marketing field.
2. Educated to degree level
3. Good understanding of marketing practices, some knowledge of advertising processes
4. Creative, flexible, use of own initiative, able to work in a time pressured environment
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Strong communication skills/copy-writing ability
7. Strong computer literacy
