SAP SuccessFactor/SAP Success Factor Data/Conversion/Migration Lead
SAP, HR, SuccessFactor, HRIS, Data Migration
SAP SuccessFactor Data Lead required for a 9 month contract in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Develop HR Data Strategy for new Global Corporate HRIS System
Conduct requirements gathering, design sessions and technical reviews
Data Collection, Cleansing, Harmonisation, Conversion, Loading and Validation of Data
Work with Vendors of existing HR/Payroll systems and local HR/Payroll reps in the various rollout
countries
Develop high quality migration solutions that are reusable across the organization
Produce written deliverables for Requirement Specifications and Support Documentation - to include formal Data Mapping, Glossaries, Data Dictionary & Technical Specifications Design
Skills
Proven experience of HRIS data migration in past assignments, data quality best practices and industry tools
Experience in SuccessFactors or other HRIS full life cycle implementations with an understanding of all aspects of an implementation project including planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, conversions, system testing, cutover and production support
Languages English (Must have), German, French, Spanish (Desirable for European Rollout)
