About the job:
We are looking for an experience Windows 7 Deployment Tech who has hands on experience with the supporting, troubleshooting, and migrating Windows XP to 7. The ideal candidate will have their A+ certification, experience working with deploying Window 7, and 1-3 years of experience in a related field. This is a contract through the end of the year.
In this position you will:
Support the deployment/migration of Window 7
Remote into users and control the migration process
Provide excellent customer service and will follow through with clients, even after deployment has been completed
Track equipment used for the migration process
Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in a Desktop or Field Tech support role
A+ Certification highly preferred
MUST have RECENT experience with Windows XP & 7, and Microsoft Office 2010
Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.

In this environment there will be a lot of customer service needed along with the fast-pace challenging setting. Will be times where this person will need to translate technical terms into non-technical language. This individual will be a part of a team, but in some circumstances will be required to work independently. Our client is a Global Fortune 200 company.
