Description
Beacon Hill Technologies is working with a direct client to staff an Interface QA Test Analyst on a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pager for trouble tickets and call clients to resolve
- Coordinate with appropriate staff to resolve, refer when necessary
- Watch interface monitor to proactively detect issues/respond to assigned helpdesk tickets
- Work with other business units to resolve issues
- Review interfaces in Epic Bridges® module and read HL7 messages to diagnose and fix issues
- Prepare weekly interface reports from text-based
- Coordinate with other team members on issues as-needed
- Load reports to SharePoint weekly
- Monitor all deployments for issues
- Retrieve and enter data from website into tables
