Beacon Hill Technologies is working with a direct client to staff an Interface QA Test Analyst on a 6 month contract. 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pager for trouble tickets and call clients to resolve
  • Coordinate with appropriate staff to resolve, refer when necessary
  • Watch interface monitor to proactively detect issues/respond to assigned helpdesk tickets
  • Work with other business units to resolve issues
  • Review interfaces in Epic Bridges® module and read HL7 messages to diagnose and fix issues
  • Prepare weekly interface reports from text-based 
  • Coordinate with other team members on issues as-needed
  • Load reports to SharePoint weekly
  • Monitor all deployments for issues
  • Retrieve and enter data from website into tables
