Description
We are looking for a SharePoint & .NET Developer to work at our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden.
Expected tasks and deliverables by the consultant
- Design, implement, test, and maintain solutions for new and existing web applications
- Research, document, and implement requirements and specifications in collaboration with business analysts and designers
- Perform data migration tasks
- Be responsible for documentation as required
- Analyze test results
- Create deployment packages, guidelines, documentation and contribute in deployments to testing/production environments
- Store up to date project sources and documentation in Team Foundation Server
- Provide 3rd Line Support
- Report to the Group Leader
Education and work experience:
- University degree with minimum 2 years experience in IT;
- Proven experience of application development using C# with both Asp.NET and SharePoint 2010 (including but limited to the SharePoint object model, site definition, custom lists, field types, event receivers, custom actions, web parts, content types, site columns, CAML, master pages, workflows, managing configurations, extending SharePoint web services, solution packaging);
- Good and proven knowledge of SharePoint Designer
- Good knowledge of client side Scripting (JavaScript, AJAX)
- Proven knowledge of T-SQL and experience with MS SQL Server
- Experience with relational database (MS SQL)
- Proven experience with implementation of SOAP and web services
- Very good command of English; oral and written
Experience in one or more of the following areas are considered as advantageous:
- Experience in Unit testing and test driven development
- Knowledge of Language Integrated Query (LINQ)
- Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Workflow Foundation
- Experience working in Agile development environment, preferably SCRUM
- Visual Studio
- Team Foundation Server
- MS SQL Management Studio/MS SQL Profiler
- RedGate SQL Compare and RedGate SQL Data Compare
Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
