11 Month Assignment

Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with academic and/or work knowledge of Journalism/Human Rights/International Relations/Communications, ideally someone who is passionate about at least one of the mentioned areas, ie have done exciting internships, volunteered or travelled the world. Additionally, strong communications and decision making skills are required.

You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 11 months. The company is a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).

Language requirements: English + Russian OR German OR Italian OR Arabic OR Portuguese OR Spanish OR any 3 languages

This Media platform support team is responsible for content review and policy enforcement as well as supporting various initiatives/projects (depending on what's happening in the world at the time).

As a member of this team:

"You will draw a line of what's acceptable on world's leading media platform
"You will ensure community members adhere to our Policies and Terms of Use
"You will evaluate, analyse content for potential abuse
"You will support other functions collaborating with other team members and driving step improvements in the team's processes and tools

Responsibilities:
"Review user-reported content and assess for policy compliance.
"Approve or disapprove accounts based on program criteria.
"Monitor major violators.
"Provide excellent customer service

Preferred qualifications:
"BA/BSc degree with min 2.1
"Active user of Internet and online applications, passionate about content
"Strong knowledge of current events
"Capacity for critical thinking and analysis
"Strong attention to detail
"Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
"Strong work ethic - team player
"Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Dreamweaver, etc. a plus
