Operational Risk Training and Communications Manager
My client a Tier 1 Bank is actively seeking an experience Risk Professional to join their Global Operational Risk function as a Training and Communication Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Training and Communications plan including the design and delivery to a Global Audience.
Therefore it is essential that candidates will have-
*Demonstrable experience of managing Risk and Controls or SOX requirements
*Experience working with and effectively influencing stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organistion
*Experience of delivering mandated training to global employee population (preferred)
*Experience of managing eLearning projects, webex (preferred)
*Client centric with strong consulting and diagnostic skills
*Demonstrated planning and project management skills
*Exceptional communication and organisational skills
*Able to quickly differentiate between tactical and strategic issues
