We’re looking for someone with serious WordPress chops to work on, what I’d like to call, groundbreaking WordPress stuff. Beyond having extensive experience with building custom themes and plugins, you’ll need an understanding of:

WordPress’ license

Hooks/API/li>

WordPress Ajax

Hardening techniques

capital_P_dangit()

Advanced knowledge of web standards in regards to HTML and CSS

Advanced knowledge of version control systems (preferably SVN)

Intermediate knowledge of responsive development (preferably Twitter Bootstrap)

Intermediate knowledge of Javascript development (preferably with jQuery and Knockout.js)
