A leading and well- established pressings company based inRedditchhave the opportunity for a new Quality Manager to join the business. This is already a company with a great reputation for Quality with ISO9001 and TS16949 accreditation but a company who wants to take this to the next level - a great opportunity for the right candidate.As Quality Manager you would head up a team of three which includes Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors. You would be responsible to lead this team to manage all aspects of quality on site.
Interested? We are looking for some of the best candidates in the industry. You should have TS16949 and Automotive experience and a good all- round quality toolbox ideally with management and/or lean/ six sigma skills. Most importantly you will need to be wanting to come into the business and really drive improvements and positive change.
On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £43,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience.
