A leading Insurance company based in the CBD is seeking a Snr Business Analyst to work on a few different initiatives in the pipeline.
- Gathers and documents functional and non functional requirements
- Conducts options analysis
- Ensures the traceability of requirements through the SDLC
- Coordinates estimates
- Project coordinates selected initiatives
- Hands over selected initiatives to the project manager
- Examines, evaluates, interprets and problem solves when performing analysis on systems, applications, and processes
Key Skills
- 6+yrs Business Analysis experience
- Enterprise Analysis and Business Case writing are key responsibilities
- Understanding of business analysis tasks and techniques as per IIBA's BABOK Guide and practical experience in their application
- 3+yrs Insurance experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) negotiation and facilitation skills
- Self starter and ability to work autonomously
