Our client based in the US is hiring for a salesforce contractor who has servicemax experience  

  • ServiceMax experienced business analyst  
  • Over 5 years' Experience on  SFDC service cloud/Servicemax implementations
  • Should be proficient in Requirements Capturing and translating them into Functional Specifications Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.
  • Participate in Stakeholder Meetings
  • Should have experience in working in an Agile Development model.
  • Should have good understanding of Service Function processes specifically around Work Order Management, Case and Complaint Management, Site Installation Management, Field Service Management and Knowledge Management.
  • Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
  • Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • SFDC/SMax Certified professionals preferred
