eCRM Euro are looking for a Next generation OSS business and service experts for one of our clients based in Sweden.
Your responsibilities include:
Next generation OSS portfolio developing. Collaborate with the HQ to design, implement next generation OSS from business point of view.
Next generation OSS business model analysis and designing. Perform business analysis of proposed designs/solutions
Discuss with key customers on business requirements and present them to stakeholders
Next generation OSS opportunities analysis by Identifying the critical business trends
Next generation OSS strategy planning. Analyze telecom OSS and Services development trends, and guide the OSS and Services business planning to address the market dynamics.
Permanent OSS strategy consultant and advisor to both key customers and the OSS Planning team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications
Familiar with OSS/BSS, NGOSS, SOA, eTOM
At least 10 years of working experience of telecom OSS of main carriers. Having in-depth understanding of telecom network challenges faced.
Or At least 10 years of working experience in OSS/BSS vendors. With in-depth knowledge and experience of OSS/BSS features and requirements.
Familiar with the network management systems, northbound interface of the main vendors in telecommunications and IT industry.
Familiar with Integration of multi-vendors' network management systems and devices
Owns deep understanding of customers requirements/pains, competitive landscape, market moves, etc. in the OSS field.
Expert at Cloud/Virtualization, and Data Center orchestration.
Strong interest and knowledge about industry trends
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Worldwide short-term travels are required
Hands-on and can-do attitude
