About the Role:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing one or multiple major projects/streams involving significant business value and risk implications for the group. Line management of direct reports. This role will promote the projects/stream at senior management level to enable value delivery, resolve technology/business issues, risks and dependencies, in line with business strategy and within defined accountabilities and constraints.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years previous Project Management Experience gained across a variety of project types (or related senior business
- Domain Knowledge required preferably from a Banking Background including business change experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability, commitment and contribution to building and motivating the Project team, ability to balance program/project, staff and personal needs
