Description
Our client, a leading financial services company based in the City of London, have a new requirement for a Senior Manager to join their team.
On a daily basis the Senior Manager will lead the design, testing and implementation of processes for production of team deliverables (both offshore and onshore), whilst acting as the sponsor for continuous improvement and development of best practices for the team's processes.
The selected candidate will require experience in leading reviews, managing large scale ad hoc projects and identifying and establishing risks effectively and providing solutions around these.
This is a commercial role which requires evidence that in previous roles, the selected candidate has been on a business facing role where they have managed key stakeholder relationships.
Essential knowledge/skills:
*Qualified Accountant or Actuary
*Consolidation knowledge
*Reporting Systems experience
*IFRS reporting
*Capital/Risk/Solvency exposure
*Excellent communication skills
