Description
Leading global bank is looking for a Business Analyst. The job holder will work with the Credit Risk Business to understand and refine requirements. Based on business requirements, a detailed analysis will need to be conducted in order to create functional project documentation. Further, assistance will be required in Build, Functional Test, and User Acceptance Test phases to ensure successful delivery of the technology solution. The job holder will therefore work with developers and liaise with the testing team.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the project throughout entire software development life cycle.
- Close collaboration with Credit Risk Business to gather requirements.
- Verification and refinement of business requirements for technical feasibility and applicability to current system architecture.
- Functional project documentation.
- Preparation of integration and system test plans and assistance during IT test phases.
- Assistance during UAT test phase (ie answering business queries, problem analysis, investigation)
- Participation in project releases that includes planning and adherence to change control procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience as a lead Business Analyst within Investment banking.
- In-depth understanding of credit risk methodology.
- Exposure to a broad range of derivatives products.
- Experience with Basel 3 or other regulatory projects.
- Experience on Monte Carlo risk systems.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
