Navigator - IQN - Change - PM- Specialist- Impement- Support
The role is within the Change Performance & Control Team. The major objective of the role is to provide technical expertise and business unit implementation support for Navigator.
Navigator is a product that helps plan, govern, finance, resource and manage projects.
Principal duties will be to:
*Provide leadership to a team
*Change Management
*Navigator expertise
*Support the roll out of the product to business areas
*Communicate ideas to improve, assist and make more efficient the customer experience of the product in local business areas
*Support Service which includes Problem Fix & Resolution, Escalation, Reporting and Service Improvement
*Reporting and Management Information
*Resource management and financial data assistance
*Training for the implementation of the product
